Finding a Party Hall for Rent


Whether you're planning a Baby shower, Quinceanera or a 50th birthday party, look to the following sources for potential party spaces:
  • Banquet halls – Some facilities have been created exclusively as party halls for rent. Some Catering halls - Banquet halls provide flexible party planning for those on a budget. Rent only the room with tables, chairs, and the use of the space. Make sure the room you rent has no added or hidden fees. Some banquet halls dont include tables and chairs. Others charge per person if you’re over the limit.
  • Hotels – This option can be especially helpful if you're inviting out-of-town guests, as the hotel can work with you reserve a block of rooms and may even offer a group discount.
  • Restaurants – Some establishments have rooms that may be reserved by large groups. Just make sure they provide allocated time for the event and the entrance doesn't interfere with regular patrons.
  • Parks – Parks are a great option for parties. Research different parks to entertain an outdoor event. Look for clean spaces, lots of shade, available restrooms/washrooms, and safe environments.
